Group Alchemy Sound Sessions $264

This is a collective sound session. I will tune into the needs of each person as well as the energy of the collective and intuitively play to provide peace and healing to all. Pricing is for 2- 6 people..

Specific frequencies (sound vibrations), are able to reach your cellular level striving to create a harmonious environment within your body. When the body is in this state then it can begin to heal.

Use headphones (start with a low volume setting), for best sound & minimal distraction

If possible, lay down with a blanket and make yourself comfortable. (Your body naturally cools when laying down)

Take at least a minute of deep breaths before playing the music, with your exhales longer than your inhales, helping your body to relax. If thoughts come in during the session, acknowledge & let the thought go. This is your time to go within.
